Hane Paint & Powder Finishers is the finishing division of Hane Instruments Ltd, based in Slough Berkshire, specialist sheet metal fabricators to the electronics industries. Hane Paint & Powder Finishers undertake work for both the Slough operation as well as sub-contract work direct to manufacturing and engineering companies across the South of England.
Hane Paint & Powder Finishers have years of specialist experience in the provision of defence coatings including CARC, IRR, EM Shielding as well as coatings to DEF-STAN and Milspec standards.
We offer a colour matching service based on existing samples as well as for unsupported and outdated colour standards.
The company operates in accordance with a written ISO 9001 quality management system which incorporates a group wide production management platform. Quality control is ensured through the use of highly skilled staff, well maintained plant, first rate paints & powders as well as documented inspection procedures covering gloss levels, paint thickness & adhesion testing as well as visual inspection and final packaging.
Working from a dedicated 1200m2 facility with segregated paint and powder sections Hane operate a camel back track oven with spray booth for powder coating and gas fired box ovens with spray booths for stove enamelling and systems that require force drying.
