We offer one pack air dry spray finishes using systems from Trimite, Cromadex and PSG.
We offer the 290 one coat gloss finish from Cromadex which contains a zinc phosphate for added corrosion protection and greater durability. The one coat process saves time and is easily touched up if required. The 290 coating is suitable for steel substrates only.
The Trimite Q14 rapid drying finish saves time and money on the production line. Q14 Synthetic Finish is not only quick drying but also has the minimum of recoating problems which can inhibit the use of these product types. It gives good protection on most substrates and is also available in a semi-gloss, eggshell or matt finish.
We
offer the Syntema water based wet
spray for MDF finishing. Ideal
for office furniture they
have excellent build and opacity,
and dry to a finish with good levelling
and surface slip. The durability
of the finish can be enhanced by
the addition of an activator. For
furniture which has been cut
we
offer a clear/tinted
sealer to provide a smooth consistent
finish. Pigmented finishes
include white, brown and black.
The Q50 synthetic finish from Trimite is ideal for outdoor applications such as bollards, lampposts and street furniture and offers a long exterior life. Q50 is available in several gloss levels.
This one pack finish is used widely in the machine tool industry as it provides outstanding resistance to the majority of coolants and cutting fluids. This product may be reacted with our recommended isocyanate hardener to further improve the hardness and chemical resistance.
Q55 from Trimite is a quick drying paint with good adhesion, gloss and exterior durability. When fully dry the paint film has good resistance to petrol, paraffin and mineral oil spillages.
It is also suited to brush application making it ideal for items that might require ongoing attention and is available in full gloss, semi-gloss, eggshell and matt finish.
